We have found over the years, that most Clients appreciate the bundling of their Acoustical or Suspended Ceiling installation with metal stud framing and drywall, so we began offering this in 2009 to many accolades and hearty thanks.

The fact that the same contractor is framing the space, installing the drywall and then installing the grid for your sprinkler contractor, electrician and HVAC contractor is very efficient for a few key reasons.

Firstly, we know your team and your MEP contractors by the time we are done with your level 4+ drywall finish.

Secondly, our scissor lifts and scaffolding is already on site. With the proper coordination we can began install ceiling tiles the same day you pass your open ceiling inspection.

Thirdly, since we are on site all minor requests will be accommodated in real time, even small sections of grid going up before the drywall is installed to keep your MEP contractors on schedule.
